Jerry Howes, P.E.
Managing Principal
With 30+ years of commercial construction experience, Jerry founded Howes & Company in 2016 with a straightforward mission: to give Owners a senior expert in their corner on every project.
Jerry's background spans roles as designer, contractor, general contractor, and Owner, giving him a working understanding of every seat at the table. That experience translates directly into better decisions, fewer surprises, and projects that close on time and on budget.
His project work spans industrial and logistics facilities, corporate interiors, healthcare, themed entertainment, and zoo and aquarium infrastructure. Jerry is a licensed Professional Engineer and Commercial General Contractor, credentials that carry real weight when decisions need to be made in the field.
He is an active member of the Florida Attractions Association, NAIOP, and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
